Halloween Decorations For RVs
September 13, 2016
Halloween is known for its decorations that highlight creatures that go bump in the night. If you are a full time RVer or plan on camping or traveling during Halloween this year, it doesn’t mean that you can’t still show your spooky spirit! The Camping For Foodies site may be best known for its camping recipes but they also provide some great camping and hiking tips and they have a few suggestions when it comes to decking out your RV for the spooky season!
You may remember our Essentially Eco post that highlighted the MPOWERD Inflatable Solar Light but what you may not know is that MPOWERD also offers a few Halloween-themed lights based on their eco-friendly design! There are two to choose from: a purple design featuring bats and a witch on her broom and an orange version with spiders in their web. Each is a festive way to enjoy solar powered lighting!
String lights are always an easy option for campers and many are now made with LED bulbs and can be powered with just a few batteries. These Impress Life Ghost Lights make for an easy way to creep out the campground or try one of the Domire Halloween-inspired sets to light up your site!
Halloween door covers are lightweight, foldable, and take up very little room, making them another ideal option for decorating your RV. Beistle makes a variety of inexpensive door covers that include images such as a witch and her cauldron or a creepy door that warns “do not enter”.
Being the foodies that they are, the site also recommends using Halloween-themed cupcake toppers, straws, tablecloths, and more for a quick holiday RV makeover. You can find these at most local Halloween shops and grocery stores.
